Kristin is a capital markets governance executive with extensive experience advising public and pre-public companies through the full corporate lifecycle; from private structuring and financing to go-public transactions and ongoing reporting issuer compliance.

This dual perspective, as both advisor and board participant, allows her to deliver governance solutions grounded in practical executive leadership. Her expertise spans corporate secretarial oversight, continuous disclosure compliance, private placements, restructuring transactions, and cross-border capital markets activity.
Kristin began her career within a boutique business and securities law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate structuring and securities compliance. Her academic background and degree in mathematics informs her analytical and detail-oriented approach to capital markets execution.
